I’m 52 years old and live with my wife Kristi in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
We have two, now adult children, recent college graduates and gainfully employed. Yea us! and a Mini Goldendoodle name Louie.
We love to travel, and i enjoy Skiing, Hiking, Stand Up Paddleboarding, and Biking just to name a few!

From a young age I was fascinated with businesses, how they worked and more specifically how they made money. In my early teens I got interested in the stock market and read any book that I could get my hands on.
While earning my finance degree from Michigan State University I spent 3 years working as an intern for Merrill Lynch.
After graduating, they decided to hire me in 1993 and asked me to be the financial planning coordinator for the office in Dearborn Michigan.
I thought I was interviewing for a “stockbroker” position.
After extensive training at the Merrill Lynch center in Princeton New Jersey, I came back to the office, and over the next year, did about 180 financial plans for all of the senior Financial Consultants clients. I was only 22 years old. Crazy!
Anyway, that was the best experience I could have ever asked for because I quickly realized just how valuable it was for our clients to have a financial plan.
Over the past 30 years, financial planning has continued to be a key part of how I help our clients and the main reason I started my own firm in 2009.
